All our products have a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.
You have 14 days to let us know you want to return a product for a refund.
After this notice we will wait 30 days for a parcel with products you want to return.

- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum €5 restocking fee.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

We suggest adding a tracking number on returned packages to ensure your return is received by us. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit.
